At 99 SpoonsNYC we are the premier NY operator of 99 Spoons Kiosks by 99 Innovations LLC. We are looking to establish partnerships with every high foot traffic location in the Tri-state that wants to offer customers a delicious, affordable soft-serve treat with multiple toppings options, served by a little robot, and in 30 seconds or less.
We offer two options for business owners and managers.
Hands on Hosting – We provide the kiosk, you do the maintenance for increased profit share.
OR
Hands Off Hosting – We provide the kiosk, we do all the work. Less commission for no effort.

How It Works

- We will contact you within 24-hours to set up a call.
- If your location looks like it qualifies for any of our programs and we, or one of our partners has the ability to service your area, then we will send someone from our team to visit your location within 7-days to complete a site survey.
- During the site survey we will see where the kiosk will be placed, make sure an electrical outlet is close by, and understand better the kiosk cleaning process. In almost all cases we need access a 3-compartment sink or kitchen grade sink and safe water supply.
- The next step is contracts. We agree to a hosting agreement so you can reserve a kiosk and we can begin the process of delivery, install and training which can take anywhere from 30-60 days.
What do we need from you?
- 10 square feet of floor space
- Access to 120V/20A power supply
- Some small storage space to keep some of our products on hand.
- If you have a fridge we might want to store some product inside of it also. Our product packaging is small so we don’t need much space.
- 3-compartment sink for cleaning purposes. If not, we will use a portable sanitizing cleaning cart.

Our soft-serve kiosk’s Dimensions are W38.6” x D35.4” x H75.6”.
No, our soft-serve kiosks will only require one standard 110V/20A electrical plug in. The kiosk is entirely self-contained and does not require any plumbing.
It depends on which program you choose. If you want to sign up for our hosting programs, it will depend on which program, foot traffic, competitive foods sold on premise and where the kiosk will be placed. We want maximum exposure! We also generally offer a share of gross revenue to most locations however some locations are more interested in renting their floorspace to us.
Depending on the program you choose. If you want to sign up for “Hands off Hosting” then you and your staff have no ongoing responsibilities. We’d be really happy if you helped us keep the kiosk clean from the outside. If you sign up for Hands on Hosting, we will teach you, and your staff how to provide day-to-day maintenance which includes replenishing consumables and supplies, plus deep cleaning techniques and process.
